Every hat is made in Europe and shipped from there. No drama.
Where it ships from
Every hat is embroidered in Europe and sent from there to Norway. Import VAT is prepaid before the parcel reaches you, so there is nothing to pay at the door and no customs handling fee — the price you see is the price you pay.
How long it takes
Your order ships within 1–4 days, then allow 3–7 business days in transit depending on where you are.
Cost
Free. On everything, no minimum — the price on the product page is the price.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email once it ships. If it's been over two weeks with no movement, email us at halla@midhats.no and we'll chase it.
