The seller
Kveitejakten AS (org.nr. 838 104 932 MVA), Oslo, Norway. Registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret) and in the Norwegian VAT Register (Merverdiavgiftsregisteret). These terms apply to all consumer purchases via this site.
Prices & payment
Prices are in NOK and include 25% Norwegian VAT (MVA) where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we confirm it by email. Items are produced in Europe, so we can't change or cancel once production has started — but your 14-day right of withdrawal still applies after delivery (see Returns).
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. See the Returns page for how it works and who pays return postage.
Complaints (reklamasjon)
Separately from the 14-day right of withdrawal, you have a statutory 2-year right to complain about a product that is defective or not as described, under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven). Tell us within a reasonable time — never less than two months — after you discover the fault, and we'll repair, replace, or refund it, return postage included.
Liability
We're liable for goods that are defective or not as described, per the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. We're not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
Governing law & disputes
Norwegian law applies. If we can't resolve a complaint, you can bring it to Forbrukerrådet (the Norwegian Consumer Council) for mediation and, if it's still unresolved, to Forbrukerklageutvalget (the Consumer Disputes Committee). The ordinary courts remain available.
